Every price includes shipping within the United States.
When your book ships
Pre-orders ship on October 25th, the day the book launches. Orders placed after that ship within 2–3 business days.
How it is sent
Books are posted by USPS within the United States. We do not send tracking numbers, so you will not receive a tracking link — we email you as soon as your order is on its way.
Cancelling a pre-order
You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email info@janetantwi.com with your order number and we will refund you through PayPal.
Damaged or missing books
If your book arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email info@janetantwi.com and we will send you a replacement.
Returns
We do not accept returns on books that have been delivered. If something is wrong with your copy, email info@janetantwi.com — we would rather replace it than leave you with a book you cannot read.
